Appointment Guidelines & Clinic Policies
At Believe Aesthetics & Wellness, our goal is to deliver outstanding care in a professional and supportive setting. To help us serve all patients efficiently and respectfully, we kindly request that you review and follow the policies below.
Policy Agreement
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined on this page, including our cancellation and refund policies.
Booking Appointments
To reserve your desired date and time, we encourage you to book your appointments in advance. Appointments can be made through our online portal, by telephoning our office during business hours, or in person. At this time, we do not offer walk-in appointments.
Scheduling Future Visits
To ensure continuity of care and appointment availability, we recommend booking your next session before leaving the clinic. Our team is happy to assist you with scheduling.
Credit Card on File
We require all clients to have a credit card on file for booking purposes. Your information is stored securely and used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy, we send reminders via text and email 7 days and again 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Please remember that managing your appointment remains your responsibility, especially if you opt out of reminders or experience a delivery failure.
Arrival Times
**New Patients:** Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete check-in and any remaining paperwork. Many forms can also be completed ahead of time through the patient portal.
**Returning Patients:** Arrive at least 5 minutes early to ensure a calm, timely start to your treatment.
Late Arrivals
If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other patients’ appointments. Full service fees will still apply.
In cases of significant delay, your appointment may be rescheduled—and cancellation fees may apply. If we’re able to accommodate you later the same day, we’ll do so without penalty when possible.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We understand that life happens. To respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

**Late Cancellations & No-Shows:**
- 30 minute appointment: $50
- 60-90 minute appointment: $100
Repeat Cancellations & No-Shows
If you miss or cancel with short notice more than once:
- Future appointments must be booked same-day only
- Full payment will be required at the time of booking
- This payment is non-refundable if you cancel or miss the appointment again
Pricing & Services
We strive to keep our pricing and service offerings up to date; however, all services and rates are subject to change without notice. Please confirm pricing when booking your appointment.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due at the time of treatment
- Packages must be paid in full prior to your first session
- All pricing is subject to change
Accepted Forms of Payment
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience, including:
- All major credit/debit cards
- Cash
- Checks
- Believe Aesthetics & Wellness gift cards
- Manufacturer Reward Programs such as Alle and Aspire.
- Cherry
- Care Credit
Payment in full is due at the time of each visit.
Gift Certificates
Gift cards are available in any denomination and may be used for most products or services. Please note:
- They are not redeemable for cash
- They are non-refundable, even if lost or stolen
- Expire one year from date of purchase
- Mention your gift card when booking
Prepaid Purchases and Treatment Packages
- Prepaid purchases and prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Prepaid purchases and prepaid treatment packages may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase, for 75% of the original purchase price.
- Prepaid purchases and prepaid treatment packages must be completed within 18 months of the original purchase date. Any unused treatments after this period will expire and be forfeited.
- Initiated or completed prepaid purchases/packages will not be refunded regardless of treatment results.
- Any unused and unexpired portion of a prepaid purchases/packages may be applied to any other package or spa service. Completed treatments will be deducted at the full single price, when determining the remaining credit available.
- Prepaid specials and event purchases may have a shorter expiration date as described at the time of purchase.
Refund & Return Policy
All services are final sale. We do not issue refunds for any treatment performed—even if results do not meet expectations.
- Unopened skincare products may be returned within 7 days. Prescription products are non-returnable by law.
- Allow 2 weeks for all refunds. Allow 45 days for all refunds over $1,000.
- No refunds will be given after 30 days.
- Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
Returned Payments & Insufficient Funds
In the event of a returned check:
- A $100 fee will be added to your account
- The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file
For declined cards or insufficient funds:
- The outstanding amount will remain due
- Late or no-show fees are subject to the same collection process
- A 20% late fee will be applied every 30 days until the balance is paid in full
- No further appointments will be scheduled until your balance is cleared
Health & Safety
Your safety is our top priority. Please inform us before your appointment if you have:
- Any medical conditions
- Are pregnant or might be
- Recent sun exposure
- Any illnesses or injuries
Our team will review this information with you to ensure your care is personalized and safe.
Allergies or Sensitivities
Please notify our staff in advance if you have any known allergies or ingredient sensitivities so we can tailor your treatment experience accordingly.
Follow-Up Care & Complications
While we aim for outstanding outcomes, medicine and aesthetics are not exact sciences. Individual results may vary, and additional sessions may be necessary (at an additional cost).
Professional Boundaries
While we love welcoming new and returning patients, we reserve the right to decline services at our discretion.
Treatment may be discontinued without refund in cases of:
- Inappropriate language or behavior
- Non-compliance
- Suspected body dysmorphic disorder
Informed Consent
We are committed to transparency and informed care. During your consultation and prior to any treatment, we will discuss:

We only recommend treatments and products that are appropriate and safe for your individual needs. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions—we’re here to help!
Clients under 18 must provide written parental consent before receiving any service.
